Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.

How to Request a Return

To submit a return request:

1. Contact support@cofastore.com
2. Mention your order number in the email 
3. Select the items you wish to return and provide a reason
4. Submit your request

Once your return is approved, you'll receive an email with return shipping instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
